ABOUT US
WHO WE ARE
Development360 is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to holistic community development. We work at the grassroots level, collaborating with local governments, NGOs, healthcare providers, academic institutions, and corporate partners to bring about systemic change.
Our Mission
Build an inclusive and sustainable society where marginalized people thrive with dignity and equal opportunities. We aim to empower underrepresented communities by promoting access to education, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities.
Our Vision
Accelerate participatory, inclusive and innovative solutions in education, healthcare, environment, livelihood, and social inclusion to support a sustainable ecosystem.
Our Story
In the bustling heart of India’s development sector, where deadlines loom large and impact charts dominate discussions, three ordinary colleagues found themselves dreaming of something extraordinary. Their journey—a blend of camaraderie, chaos, and conviction—culminated in the birth of Development 360, an organization committed to holistic, ground-up solutions for social and economic challenges.
The Road Trip That Sparked a Revolution
It all began on a sun-dappled road trip to a project site in Madhya Pradesh during the tumultuous days of 2021. COVID-19 had upended lives, teaching harsh lessons about resilience and resourcefulness. Somewhere between dusty highways and fervent debates, the idea of Development 360 emerged—a platform driven by innovation, empathy, and the desire to do more than just meet project deliverables.
"We had great jobs," one co-founder recalls with a chuckle. "Deadlines? We tamed them. Complex grants? A piece of cake. But something was missing. The spark, the X-factor…and perhaps a little less caffeine."

Café Battles and Moral Dilemmas
Back in Delhi, their spirited brainstorming sessions often turned local cafés into arenas of animated debate. Waitstaff watched in bemusement as they argued over balancing service delivery, justice, and sustainable models. Their fiery exchanges sometimes lasted hours without an order. One café manager eventually asked, "Are you running a think tank or plotting a heist?"
Their families, equally perplexed, noted late-night phone calls, mealtime debates, and ideas scribbled on napkins. "We turned dining tables into war rooms," laughs another co-founder. "Our kids began using words like ‘socio-economic disparity’ in their homework!"

A Name, a Mission, and a Milestone
It took nearly three years of wrangling over principles, structures, and governance to register Development 360 on December 11, 2024. The trio celebrated with modest fanfare—and pooled funds for the first operational expenses. "We toasted with chai, not champagne," they joke, "and we’d do it all over again."
Development 360 aims to be more than just another NGO. It’s a movement rooted in participatory leadership, climate resilience, technology-driven solutions, and a relentless focus on empowering marginalized communities. The founders embraced the mantra:
The mission takes precedence over the organization, and the organization takes precedence over individuals.

The Journey Ahead
Launching in Delhi NCR with a five-year strategy, Development 360 is on the lookout for like-minded partners—corporates, institutions, governments, and individuals who believe in the power of collective action. Every challenge is an opportunity for innovation, and every partnership a step closer to sustainable impact.
"We need allies who think outside the box—or better yet, who crush the box altogether," they say. "Bring your ideas, your humor, your resources, and your heart. Together, let’s redefine what development can achieve."

OUR APPROACH
Theory of Change
We start with understanding the community through needs assessments and baseline surveys. Resources include leadership, skilled teams, partnerships with local governments, NGOs, and healthcare providers, as well as funding from CSR and individual donors.
Activities include capacity building, skill training, health camps, environmental projects, and policy advocacy. Outputs are visible in community centres, trained youth and health workers, afforestation projects, and nutrition programs. Outcomes are improved education access, better health indicators, sustainable livelihoods, and reduced inequalities. The long-term impact is resilient, empowered communities with systemic changes in policy and practice.

we believe every child deserves a fair start in life — no matter where they are born. In India, millions of children still struggle with poverty, lack of access to quality education, nutrition, and healthcare.
